It was Father's day last Sunday so i decided to bake something for my dad. I purposely stayed up late to bake for my dad a coffee cake. In the end the cake turn out to be quite hard, it's either i put too much flour for left the cake in the oven for too long.

| Ingredients |

| Melt the chocolate |
 |
| Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and the melted chocolate together |
 |
| Cut and fold in the flour and instant coffee powder mixture |
 |
| Leave it in the oven for about half an hour |
 |
| Spread the Vanilla toppings |
 |
| Tada!! The decoration is quite ugly cause it was 3 in the morning and i was too lazy to decorate |
