Yesterday I was watching Asia's food channel and a lady was making cheesecake, it looked so easy so I decided to try making it today.

The show didn't really have the exact measurement for the ingredients so I decided to came up with my own with mango topping since it's the mango season.

Surprisingly, it turns out well :) My family members love it.

Servings: est 8 people

1 pack waffer cube
Some butter
200g fresh cream
3 tbs brown sugar
Vanilla essence
Mangoes

2. Crush the wafer cubes and mix with the melted butter.
3.pour crushed wafer into pan and leave it in the fridge.
4. Mix cream cheese and sugar until it's soft. Add in a few drops of vanilla essence.
5. Fold in fresh cream into cream cheese until even.
